Developmental Services, Inc. (DSI) warmly invites members of the Bloomington community to join us for a Community Fun Day at our Bloomington location. We are a local nonprofit providing various of services for people with developmental disabilities to gain independence! This event offers a chance to experience a glimpse of our Day Program and connect with the individuals and staff who make up our community.
Guests will have the opportunity to participate in activities alongside our clients, including a parachute group activity and a fun craft session making flowers with pipe cleaners. Our Day Program Coordinator will also be available to answer questions and share more about the programs and services we provide.
This is a wonderful opportunity for community members, families, and local partners to visit our space, meet the people the community supports, and learn more about the work we do every day. If you know someone with developmental disabilities who may be looking for a provider or would like to learn more about available services, this is also a great opportunity to visit, ask questions, and see our program in action.
The event is free and open to the public, and we sincerely welcome anyone who would like to stop by, have fun, and spend some time with our community.
