 | Join Bloomington Women in Leadership for a special “Bruncheon” on Tuesday, November 18, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Ivy Tech’s Shreve Hall. This empowering session, led by 2025 WEB Award Winner Amanda Shettlesworth, MBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, will explore how feedback can be used as fuel for personal and professional growth. Through interactive discussions and practical takeaways, attendees will learn how to seek development opportunities, advocate to be heard, and coach others by delivering feedback as a positive experience.
