For more than ten years, Adam has worked in Property Management, beginning his career in Patchogue, Long Island, NY, where he managed numerous single-family homes. Seeking warmer climates, Adam and his wife moved to Florida, where he transitioned to managing commercial property rentals. His responsibilities included overseeing office and warehouse flex space across seven properties in Central Florida. Adam joined Vivo in December 2021 and played a key role in transitioning Vivo Living Kissimmee to multifamily units, actively contributing to its development.
