Opioid addiction treatment that works. Together.
About us
Groups Recover Together is the national leader in value-based care for Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) that is proven to help people beat addiction and get their lives back. Our network of outpatient clinics delivers a uniquely effective clinical model that combines evidence-based medicine, community, and holistic care. We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), which is considered the gold standard of treatment for OUD. What differentiates the Groups Recover Together model is the belief that long-term recovery from opioids is tied to aspects of life that are beyond the reach of traditional medical care. By helping individuals struggling with OUD form community, seek care for comorbid conditions, and address social determinants of health, Groups Recover Together drives industry-leading outcomes

Earlier this year, Groups leadership gathered in Nashville for the annual Groups Leadership Conference. During this annual gathering, two Groups leaders are recognized with our most distinguished honor; the Groups Founders Award. Leah has been with Groups since almost the beginning. From being the sole team member responsible for manning the intake line, to building her then small team into the first iteration of the Call Center, which has since evolved into the efficient and compassionate Recovery Access Center team. Every single day, 24/7/365, her team answers the phone, and these calls could be anything - a call from someone in crisis, someone finally making the choice to get into Groups, a member looking for directions to their local office, a former member wanting to come back to Groups. Leah is our members’ fiercest advocate - no matter how many calls come in, they are all important to Leah and her team and it shows. We’re proud to celebrate your tireless and passionate work, Leah, and honored to award you the 2024 Founders Award. Congratulations Leah Hamilton!

Team Rochester, NH got together and attended the final Free Comic Book Day in Rochester this weekend as they honored May the Forth (be with you) and celebrated with the community. Crystal and Danielle (aka team Rochester) report that they made it onto a podcast, handed out lots of Narcan, and met tons of people from the community! Groups has been proudly serving NH communities for 10 years as our oldest and most established team. We're so proud of the NH team and community for their decade of commitment to recovery. If you're in NH and you'd like to learn more about getting started at Groups, our support team is available 24/7 at (888) 519-6279 - we're here if you want to learn more! #NewHampshireRecovers #WeDoRecover #MayTheFourthBeWithYou

May 7th is #NationalFentanylAwarenessDay. Narcan is one of the best tools we have for preventing fentanyl overdoses. Keeping Narcan on hand and learning how to administer it can save someone’s life. In our latest blog, we share what you need to know about spotting signs of overdose, using Narcan to reverse an overdose, and getting it for free near you. (Groups is one of those resources!)
