We are a local real estate, property management and rentals company. We help people find quality residences in Bloomington and the surrounding area since 1989. Jeanne Walters founded this business in 1989, and operated it successfully as Jeanne Walters Real Estate, until her passing in 2011. Since then it has been owned by her widower and operated by dedicated Team members. It has always been the goal to have the business co-owned and operated by those Team members. As of January 1, 2024, Town Manor Real Estate is co-owned by Kenneth Craig, Tracy Eccles, Jill Pierce and Aaron Vaughn.
